  •  Best wishes to all here! (6+ / 0-)

I hope you all have a Happy St. Patrick's Day, tomorrow.

I do have some Irish ancestors.

I have never been to a parade for the day.

I am off to nap again trying to get rid of a cold.

It is still cold here and we have snow on the ground and more coming on Monday.

For those who have signs of spring, I am glad for you!

I'm reading about Saint Dismas right now.  I didn't realize it was St. patrick's day, but now it made me curious about Saint Dismas, the patron saint of thieves and traitors that was mentioned in the Outlander series.  Sounds like a cool saint.  There really is such a saint, what do you know.

No tomatoes here yet.  I guess no matter how nice the weather, the tomato plants have their own inner clock that tell them when to do things, regardless of how big they are or how warm the weather.  I wonder how the hydroponics guys manage their way around that.

Speaking of colds, we had gorgeous weather yesterday, going into the 60's, so I came to work with too much coat.  Today, we dropped to the 40's or so.  I can imagine various illnesses manifesting themselves more than usual this weekend among the populace.
