    Deceptively simple, and very tasty. I was way past my single years when I finally stumbled on it and variations of it. Now it's a mainstay. Effective for other reasons, but just as good :)

    Here's one (not in detail) that I like a lot:
    Rub equal amts. of paprika and Madras curry powder onto the chicken breasts. Saute, remove, then deglaze pan w/ wine, add chicken stock, reduce, then add butter and chopped fresh tarragon.

    It's good.
