    for soaking and cooking.  I use a pressure cooker to cook.

    It takes ONLY 5 minutes to cook a whole bag of garbanzobeans that soaked overnight and yields 9 cups of cooked beans or 9 cans for a fraction of the cost.

    I separate and freeze in 1 cup portions.  A 1/2 cup of garbanzo beans can cure a lot of digestive, elimination problems.  Add kale and tumeric and you can cure lots of things.

    It's difficult to be happy knowing so many suffer. We must unite.
