    and the left SIV is a credible threat, but this is designed only to create new neural pathways for thinking about 2014 where less is risked and more can be gained. The New Deal supermajority (including Eisenhower and Nixon) up to Buckley in 1976 followed the left. Dems experience needless electoral losses by competing for the plutocratic center. A Congress accountable to left SIV voters, in 2015 could overturn CU in omnibus legislation protected by the exceptions clause. Next problem, defending against the inevitable plutocrat response as in 1920, 1938, 1980, 1994, 2000, 2010.
