    It's not that Americans aren't duly informed of this or that outrage--it's that they don't seem to care enough, or in the ways we'd like to them to care.  Most Americans, more recently, seem to believe on some level that our Middle East wars are really about oil....but that doesn't translate into "No Blood for Oil" as progressives would hope for.  We complain a lot about the MSM but I think that's somewhat misplaced indignation....there's something else, probably bigger, at work when the damning information is widely known but doesn't strike enough people as damning.
