  •  Saw Ari Fleischer on CNN this morning (12+ / 0-)

He kept pointing out that Democrats have the same problems:  we lost white voters, senior citizens, religious voters (whatever that means), etc.

Course, all those are shrinking or dying-off demographics, and Democrats already have more voters than Republicans.  The flaws in his argument, of course, went unremarked by the hosts.

At least they stifled the guffaws when Fleischer kept referring to Republicans as a "big tent."  Just because chicken head-biters, clowns and elephants make up the party, it doesn't mean they're a big tent.

Citizens United defeated by citizens, united.

    •  That's pretty good (0+ / 0-)

And I took a glance at the report and it didn't seem to analyze the problem with GOP leaders have a bad case of denial.

Ari's comment is basically a rejection of the report's findings and what every independent analyst has been saying for quite a while.   And there are enough people like Ari in  GOP leadership that will probably result in this report going nowhere.  Again.
