    It's all about privatization. Stop-and frisk? After Occupy, the police had to get control of "their" streets back, and now, in stop-and-frisk cities, you walk the streets if the police want you to.

    I've been screaming that Eli Broad, Michelle Rhee and the charter school people are only in it for a piece of the city's (taxpayer-generated) money. Now that that fraud is being exposed, and the money grab didn't go as expected, NOBODY can have access to those funds if the "reformers" can't.

    I'd welcome another summer of 1967 over community-access issues this year. I doubt we'll see one.
