    that seems to be strongly estrogen-dependent, I am also very interested in eliminating as many of the products that mimic estrogen when ingested.

    There has been some discussion of that possibility (prophylactic hysterectomies and/or oophorectomies) in women with precancerous conditions, or with genetic markers that show that they're at great risk (e.g. Lynch syndrome). It's also been surmised that the recent uptick in rates of uterine cancer is precisely because hysterectomies are now less routine than they once were. Can't win for losing, I guess.
