    Yes, but Grimm was very much on top of things after Sandy. Voters are not very likely to punish their Congressman for the sins of his party.

        Hurricane Sandy is a local issue, and one that won't be of greater importance next year than it was right after the storm. If they didn't come close to voting Grimm out for the sins of others in his party on relief funds last year, why would anyone think they would punish him for that next year?
