  •  After taking a long look, the tins at the bottom (4+ / 0-)

    look like developing cans, and the reel looking things at the top appear to be what you wind the film roll in.  Used to have one. Actually got pretty good at loading them in total darkness, but I have not used or even seen one in more than fifty years.

      Two film developing tanks and three reels.

      These have been on my list for some time. They go with the film clips. The two bulk film cans are empty.

      The knife is a Veritable Sabatier and might be the salmon knife.

      The drafting curve is a Keuffel&Esser 57 2817-24. The square is marginal and the other rule is strange.

        It looked like a meat slicing knife. The one used at the barbecue restaurant had a slight wavy edge. Very thin. They let him keep his favorite knife when he quit because they were replacing all the knives. Later we found out why. The slightly wavy edge was extremely thin and not too much later started developing cracks in the edge. That made it useless, because it made smooth slicing impossible without tearing the meat.
