to young athletes, teachers, coaches, parents, and others in leadership positions with children is. LEAD LIKE BUTLER, by Dr. Kent Millard and Judy Cebula. The forward is written by Butler University Coach Brad Stevens and is about his success coaching in a small univeristy.  Many of his teaching principles are based on UCLA's Coach Wooden's philosophy that building good character is job one of the coach.  Anything relating to victories or winning records is only a bonus to the good values learned by being part of a team.
Another application of WIN LIKE BUTLER is that it makes a great mitivational speaker resource for business people as well as athletes. This good book is published by Abdingon Press and is avaliable through Barnes and Noble.
