    up until last summer. When I was there, it was couched as a savings off the rates. Maybe they've changed exactly how they word it, but "get a physical, save money" they've been doing for a few years.

    Here's the thing: CVS self-insures. And they plans are unbelievably reasonable--it was about 150 a month for me and my two kids, and that includes dental and vision. CVS pays something like 80%. It's the only reason I miss working there (everything else sucks, but the health plan is great).

    As for cost--this can be handled by a physical, which everyone should be getting anyway, which is a 15 dollar copay. In fact, you could probably get this done at a Minute Clinic--and CVS employees have a zero copay at a Minute Clinic.
