  •  A nanosecond (7+ / 0-)

I had one also; I carried it with me for several years. (It was an honor to hear her speak at a local ACM meeting.)

Between her nanoseconds and working at a place that built microwave devices, I have nanoseconds and feet down cold (1000 feet = 1.016 microseconds).

(Is it time for the pitchforks and torches yet?)

She also carried a microsecond with her, and displayed it as a coil of wire.  Sadly, I remember her more than the things she talked about any more.  I don't have to use that information, but will always be inspired by the person.

I am not religious, and did NOT say I enjoyed sects.
