    on the video with ways to lower blood pressure, I'm not suggesting that you have to go to church.  Its part of the video but I know the other things to be definitely true.
    Watch salt, eat the right foods, lower stress etc.

    Silence is GOLDEN, but duct tape is SILVER =)

      It's the only thing that kept me even marginally healthy while I was still a smoker. And it really does make a difference...I didn't quite realize how much until I injured my knee a few weeks back while shoveling, and then kept re-injuring the unstable knee accidentally so that walking (even the minor 2/3-1 mile I usually do just to get to and from work) was painful and difficult. No side trips or errands (which add a few miles) and I really noticed the difference, feeling crappy, extra stressed-out, and having interrupted sleep.

      It's not 100% but there's been a lot of improvement over the last few days and I'm cautiously pushing it a bit to get back to my usual. Today it was strong enough to help move a large wooden deck that had been disassembled and transported to my backyard for storage (while my friends move---temporarily---to a place with no yard space while they look for a house to buy). Now I am using your stretching advice to compensate for the not-used-to-hauling-giant-planks-around thing.
