    here's one of the quotable items for all to consider:

    Every day, about 80 Americans die from gunshots and about twice as many suffer nonfatal injuries, often lifelong debilitations.
    This suggests the actual total number of gunshot victims may be much greater, even, than what some of us had thought?

    Then let's add all the additional people who are impacted  by each and every shooting incident, despite luckily not being shot themselves (family members, friends, neighbors and other community members).

    And consider all consequential medical, legal and financial costs?

    This is all, almost, really way too much to imagine.

    Sadly though, it is all too real.

    Damn.
