  •  What are the taxes that cause lowest quintile (0+ / 0-)

    to pay 18% of income in state taxes?  Also do you have any links to authoritative sources that show 18%?

      this secondary source has it at 17%, I've seen it higher elsewhere.

        income?  Unless a person were liquidating assets, it is not mathematically possible.
