    No, Rove, it is not an issue of supporting gay marriages. It is an issue about treating all Americans equally under the law. All gay people want is the same rights and privileges as the rest of America. And, I might add, to not be subject to persecution by a religious group.

    All this yap about gays wrecking marriages ignores the fact that the divorce rate is at near 50%. If, Rove, you are truly concerned about marriage, then that is where your efforts should be directed. I will offer this: the GOP (and, in turn, Red States) has a higher divorce rate than Blue States. So, then, should we pass a law to the affect that Republicans should not be allowed to marry, because they are a threat to marriage? I think so, if we are the use the same reasoning behind why gays should not be allowed to marry.
