    It really heaps to hear the intonation of a judge when he asks a question, but you need to follow along to know exactly who is talking, and to read exactly they are saying.  

    In general, I think you are aren't looking for "zingers" with the SCOTUS.  Case in point, Scalia, with his "WHAT DATE DID IT BECOME CONSTITUTIONAL???" looked like a many in seach of his zinger, and it appeared childish and over-reached.  

    Minority rights should never be subject to majority vote.

      But due to the fact that the audio is under normal circumstances released a few days later than the written transcripts, I end-up reading it first, out of eagerness.

      By the time the audio and/or synced versions are available, I am already familiar with the argument enough to be unable to justify the additional time spent revisiting it.

      Somebody has to do something, and it's just incredibly pathetic that it has to be us.
