    both because the traditional designs are beautiful and meaningful, and because it's part of a vision of people coming together in such a good way to feed the hungry and build community, and especially to help the young people.

    I can't afford to bid on the quilt, or to make more than a small donation, but I'll give that in honor of Georgia Little Shield.  She led Pretty Bird Woman House through a difficult time, and later started Okiciyap.  She was a warrior for her people, and an inspiring woman.

    Thanks to all who helped create the quilt, and this project.
