    this is directed at the World Bank idiot, not you.

    Half of the world's overweight people live in just nine countries -- China, United States, Germany, India, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Indonesia, and Turkey -- evidence that obesity is not an epidemic restricted only to rich countries.”
    Should we really be surprised that half the worlds overweight people live in nine countries containing 55% of the worlds population?

    This tells us next to nothing unless we're given the percentage of people in each of these countries who are obese.

    World Bank.  Even when it looks like they're finally being honest, they're still trying to baffle you with bullshit.

    income gains to the top 1% from 2009 to 2011 were 121% of all income increases. How did that happen? Incomes to the bottom 99% fell by 0.4%
