    ...to a delivery by one of these "customers", it's undoubtedly going to be the derliverer's liability, 100%, if anything, anything goes wrong with the delivery.  Maybe even more than 100%, since Wal-Mart would likely end up re-shipping by more standard means, meaning the deliverer would get stuck with replacement costs and extra shipping charges, as well.

    Brother, I wouldn't touch this idea of Wal-Mart's with a 10-foot cattle prod.
