    •  It would take some time to compile them, but one (8+ / 0-)

quick example from a October 2004 Hardball interview after the Cheney/Edwards debate:

MATTHEWS: Ben, you help me get the story straight right now. Was Iraq involved with 9-11?

GINSBERG: As far as we know, there were certainly insinuations in the 9-11 Commission report that there were. As for the absolute truth of the matter ...

MATTHEWS: No, there weren't. No, there weren't. No, there were not. I'm sorry, Ben. I have got to correct you here.

      bold mine

Also, as related by a kossack in the post debate thread:

Ben Ginsberg also is horrible as a GOP strategist. Matthews asks him if Edwards' charge is true that Halliburton traded with Iran in violation of U.S. sanctions while Cheney was running the company. Ginsberg's answer: Being a CEO is different than being vice president. WTF kind of an answer is that?
Dispositive? I doubt it, but if he's not a liar, he's a major obfuscator ... sorta like Cheney.

If I had the time, I'm sure there are many other examples, perhaps some dispositive ones.  His "track record" goes back to the Clinton impeachment days so there'd be much to wade through.
