  •  In case you were wondering ... (14+ / 0-)

I did get my brakes fixed today! I always feel very grown-up when I take care of a detestable chore like.

And my client came through and paid the invoice I sent him for the new job, which I have started on. It's not gonna make me wealthy, but it gets me through for the next week or so, which is when my Social Security payment comes in. That's not a lot of money either - I go from one stepping stone to the next!

And this is last chance to get something from my Zibbet store at the sale price. I'm going to take the sale down tomorrow night. See the link in my sig line.

    Good night, all.

End of Winter SALE at my Handmade Gallery on Zibbet - 25%off winter scarves, afghans, holiday items!

    •  Got my journal book already! (8+ / 0-)

      Came in Saturday mail.

      Tonia has adopted it.

We both like to take notes,
      tracking our money,
      making plans.

      Tonia draws little decorations,
      letters of a short word,
      made in a heart shape,
      like Love,
      or my name,
      or both.

My testimonial about the quality of the journal,
for anyone reading this and considering ordering one,
      it's carefully covered,
      front and back,
      with fabric,
      and panels inside,
to hide the edges of the fabric.

And a blank oval paper title plate on the front,
      with gold glittery accents.

The pattern on the fabric is carefully chosen,
and the paper panel hiding the fabric edges inside,
      is a waxy paper,
      with it's own pattern.

      Very well done.

      Thanks for the craftsmanship.

Bringing a child into the world at this point in history is a crime, the crime of child endangerment.
