    used in my family for generations. Quite a few years ago I was having stomach problems, and would drink a cup in the morning. It really helped stop the pain so I could eat. It was  a few weeks later when the pain became so severe the chamomile didn't help that I was diagnosed with ulcers. Lots and lots of tiny ones everywhere in the stomach and duodenum. Yikes. Doc (an internist) said he had never seen anything like it, and was amazed the pain hadn't been excruciating for much longer. If chamomile can help that, it's pretty remarkable stuff. It's also anti-inflammatory and a muscle relaxant.

    There are a couple of caveats, best to read the whole thing.

      Yes, chamomile is quite a wonder and that would be perfect for my morning routine.
