If the KKK, Westboro Baptist Church, Faux Noise, NOM, et al don't have to buy hate-crime victim compensation insurance before they can exercise their speech rights; if voters do not have to buy war/torture/domestic surveillance/veteran compensation insurance before they can vote for the likes of Bush, Cheney, Steve King, and Michele Bachmann; if I don't have to buy victim/society compensation insurance before I can exercise my various rights as a criminal defendant in a prosecution; then there is no way in hell prospective gun buyers should be required to buy insurance before they can exercise their 2ndA rights.

All gun transfers mediated by FFLs with full background check? Yes.

    Expanded background checks? Yes.

    10 round magazine limit? Yes.

Restriction on importation or domestic manufacture of weapons with > 10 round native/internal capacity? Yes.

Remove all restrictions on collection and analysis of gun-related crime and injury? Yes.

Establish the dangerous precedent of requiring a citizen to buy insurance before exercising a Constitutional right, instead of socializing the costs of that exercise? Not just no: HELL NO.

YES WE DID -- AGAIN. FOUR MORE YEARS.
