    that Exxon gets to dodge the clean-up assessment for the tar sands "non-oil."

    Another odd factoid is that the Security and Exchange Commission has dinged Exxon in the past, for declaring "tar sands" as part of their petroleum reserves.  The SEC does not consider tar sands to be "drillable" oil, since it is, in effect, mined.

    Also, it's Mobil, not Mobile.

    Orly, it isn't evidence just because you downloaded it from the internet.
