  •  what happened to top line generation (0+ / 0-)

    since 2008 it fell 8%.

    now either they were generating and wasting power, or 10% of the GDP went away or the stats aren't collating small scale.

    in 2008  we see 307 Terawatt hours,  in 2011 we see 284 TWH

    8% of that peak has gone away.

    that's not minor variation.

    •  it's all in CA in State commercial generation (0+ / 0-)

      Nat Gas is down almost 29 TWH and coal is down 1,
      but they have added some commercial small hydro.

      Seems like something is moving fast in the commercial
      california electricity market.
