    Doesn't sound like it, from the article.

    I suspect that many lawyers have decided that pissing off the Federal courts is probably not worth risking one's career for. But pro se crazies are much harder to control. The courts can issue an order prohibiting him from filing any more actions anywhere ever -- which really means ordering the clerks' offices not to accept his filings. I've only seen that a couple of times, with serial offenders, but it's an option.

      and came up empty.  However, if he has a lawyer filing these bogus suits, that individual should be disbarred for filing frivolous lawsuits.

      I recall in Columbus, where I live, an attorney was told by the court to quit filing lawsuits against the local school district, or the court was going to file a disbarment action.  He did, and they did, and he never practiced law again.  That kind of action gets the lawyer's attention.
