    is imposing taxes on certain income not previously taxed, and all because someone registered to vote at their primary residence. It is illegal to impose a poll tax or other tax according to the 24th Amendment.

      No one should be fooled by this.  It's a poll tax or if not a poll tax, a tax on voting, which is subject to the same prohibition.
