If one is going to use it as a preference -- define it relative to you.  (Perhaps they do -- I've been astounded at the number of 60+ women who kayak, hike, camp, and leap tall buildings in a single bound.)

For example, I am a kidney dialysis patient (done at home). If you met me at a social, you would have no idea of that unless I told you. I have constraints, which I outline in brief. But is it worth the effort for me to engage someone listing 'healthy' as a criterion?

Similarly, I'm disappointed those with disabilities don't engage in online dating sites more. They might be surprised, though certain extraordinary precautions (e.g. initial chaperones) might be a requirement. This harkens back to an NROTC experience in college wherein several of us volunteered to escort disabled women to a dress-up function. I met an extraordinary woman who was wheelchair bound. If I had had eyes wide open, she'd still be at least a friend today.

there at the end.  (Yeah, I've had similar thoughts.)  I found in NYC that "healthy" seemed to mean either (1) no PWA, Hep C, syph/gon, etc. or (2) someone who works out a lot  or is otherwise active.  I didn't get the sense that it referred to disabilities.  My answer generally was: disclose and let them decide.
