that obama, what a moderate republican.  osha has been kept underfunded and consequently ineffectual by republicans for years.  it's nice to see that obama has found his niche. (replay that video, now)

i'm looking forward to the greenwald flick, but i'm most looking forward to jeremy scahill's new documentary.  it's about time some serious sunlight was applied to the bush/obama wars.

    i'm part of the 99% - america's largest minority

    •  Indeed, now by his own admission (6+ / 0-)

It looks like he has founds his moderate Republican niche except on Social Security where he is to the right of one.

I look forward to Dirty Wars as well. Scahill always delivers.

I don't negotiate grand bargains with deficit terrorists!

    •  There is a screening (4+ / 0-)

in Montclair, NJ. It's hard to find the screenings.  I hope there will be more announced soon.  In early May, I think, Jeremy will be in Philadelphia for a book signing.  There are a number of book signings including one at Busboys and Poets in DC.  I'd love to go to that one because I like the name of the book store :) and it would be fun.  There are a number of very interesting looking event in NYC I'd love to go to also but traveling for evening events won't work for us.  Probably will hit the signing in Philly.  Would love to go to that screening in Montclair. Pretty far north of me though, prob about 100 mile or so.
