  •  You trust the EPA? (0+ / 0-)

that yes, a reasonable person would trust EPA's summary of its own regulatory program.

Maybe you'd prefer the the relevant section of the National Contingency Plan in the Code of Federal Regulations, 40 CFR 117.3?  Or do you not trust those scoundrels at the Government Printing Office?

You could always go straight to the law, if you'd like. Just look up 42 United States Code § 9602 and follow the thread of references from there. But then again, that's just the law of the land.  What kind of fool trusts the actual, literal United States Code, you're probably asking yourself?

Perhaps I should look farther for a more authoritative reference that you will trust?  Some anonymous fellow with a camera phone in Arkansas?  Would that work for you?

      •  The "anonymous fellow with a camera phone" (0+ / 0-)

was a camera person with the activist group Tar Sands Blockade. His film was used on MSNBC news and the Rachel Maddow Show and maybe more news outlets that I haven't heard about.

Next time, I suggest you write a counter diary instead of posting so many favorable comments on the side of the oil industry.
