  •  And I'm point out that the only way we can stop (4+ / 0-)

circling the drain is if we put the gun to the centrist's heads and they cooperate with us for a change.

Basically, both parties are terrorists and the game we've playing so far does nothing but lose...

    Time to change strategy.

The other part is more direct action. Cut out the D.C. middle men who don't work for us any way.

We've done a lot to RushBeckistan. Let's do the same to Exxon and Shell. Let's do the same to BoA and Goldman Sachs. Let's start putting our wallets to our principles in every sphere of activity, even if does mean we can't afford as many tube socks.

And then let's work on creating our own parallel economy. Barter. Time banks. Local currency.

What's the point of letting neoliberals into the tent when neoliberalism is burning down the campground?
Since elections will never change the ownership of government, why does our strategy rely entirely upon them?
