The maples are bright green and all the flowering cherries and ornamental trees are in bloom. Spring is so pretty here. Anywhere, actually. I really like the season changes.

of people who get to experince true spring. There is nothing quite like the brief time in Wyoming--greenup--when the wind is warm and sage-scented and the meadowlarks, horned larks and lark buntings are going crazy. Wildflowers come alive during that time, and the grass and cottonwood leaves are a tender light green and it seems like the very air is nutritious. And then ten minutes later it is over and the heat sets in. In Wyoming you don't want to blink or you might miss Spring altogether.

April and May are so pretty in my neighborhood. Lots of dogwood, azaleas and rhodies. My red rhodies are blooming now and I'll have my exrbury  azaleas soon, they have a delicious light scent. And my pretty trillium.

But yours sounds beautiful as well. It's such an inspiring season.
