First, it's their assertion, they can do the legwork and fucking source it - especially over an issue this contentious. Not my job to do their homework.

Second, I've been up & down the comments - and no-one has sourced it at all. Which leads me to believe that the whole "Two NLRB members must be of the minority party" idea may be just an urban legend, or at best an unspoken quid pro quo that hung around from the days the NLRB was first made. And in either case, it would not force Obama to name Republicans, just like he wasn't forced to name Republicans for his Defense Secretary, or circuit court judges, or dozens of other places he's named Republicans to over Democrats.

It's a habit of his. He spends his time appeasing the Republican Party, and then smacks his own political base across their collective face. Then he blames them for things like the 2010 losses.

Oh, and third: I've seen "defence" after "defence" of the President that amounts to calling his detractors dirty fucking purity hippies - you know, rather like your comment.

    It won't play anymore.

Saw that coming a mile away.

It's as predictable as the sun rising in the east, it really is.  They'll make assertions, insultingly, then when politely asked for proof of those assertions, they'll ignore you, then if you keep asking, they'll say "look it up yourself!" like the burden of proof is on you, not them.

It's fucking pathetic, is what it is.
