  •  Checked your office for bugs lately? (6+ / 0-)

How many people are there in you office? That's how many "bugs" you have. If you have a relatively new phone, you have recording software already on your phone.

From more than 15 feet away from the TV this AM I was able to record with extraordinary clarity 27 seconds of The Stephanie Miller Show. I could have recorded more, but that was enough to check out how easy it is to do.

McConnell's office claims they checked for "bugs" prior to the meeting starting, but I bet they didn't take everyone's phone. Besides Mitch, I read "Bush's Brain". I know it was Karl Rove who bugged his own office and tried to blame his client's opponent.

and is a knee-jerk reaction.  You are so right that it would have to be a McConnell staffer quite possibly with McConnell's blessing.

The tape isn't particularly shocking, IMO.  Ashley Judd really scared the crap out of McConnell.  He is unpopular and it looks like his campaign (or pre-campaign) is all about the personal attacks.

I'd really like to see this nasty piece of work out of the Senate.

When someone is impatient and says, "I haven't got all day," I always wonder, How can that be? How can you not have all day? George Carlin
