    However, it's much more difficult to get a recall petition on the Governor of Illinois than it is on, for example, the Governor of Wisconsin, as a recall movement against Quinn would have to get at least 559,499 signatures (with at least 100 signatures in at least 25 of Illinois's 102 counties), additionally, at least 10 Democrats and 10 Republicans in the Illinois House and at least 5 Democrats and 5 Republicans in the Illinois Senate must also sign an affidavit associated with the recall petition.

    In effect, it would probably require another Rod Blagojevich-type situation for a gubernatorial recall election to take place.

    Polls don't vote, statistics don't vote, history doesn't vote, yard signs don't vote...PEOPLE VOTE!!!
