    Presidents don't always do what the party instructs. In our Democracy, a Democratic Party President is an ally. S/he usually represents the wishes of his/her constituents, but not always. I don't want the President to be a cookie cutter ideologue. I want him or her to show independence, even if I disagree. That's how it's supposed to work.
