    For employees who will already use contraceptives from their own purchases, the resulting cost is lower for the insurance program if paying for contraceptives is avoided.

    The cost question depends upon how many employees don't use contraceptiove who would have if they were provided at no cost and how many resulting pregnancies and births.

    The most important way to protect the environment is not to have more than one child.
