    "humiliating defeat". I'm continually astonished at the level of flat out naivety here-- we should all know by now these parasites just don't go away.

    how many times did grandpa reagan run for POTUS before the buffoons in our nation swung his way and gave him the votes he needed?

    Nixon (the night creature)-- remember him? after his "humiliating defeat" in 1960 he left politics shortly thereafter.. in his famous "last press conference" he stated "You won't have Dick Nixon to kick around any more".

    Yet there he was.. right back into politics after those pesky Kennedy's were, ahem.... well, you know what happened.
