  •  there were no facts i got 100% wrong (0+ / 0-)

and you have not provided any information that would suggest i got any facts 100% wrong.

and you're a little punk for trying to claim so without even mentioning what you're referring to.

essentially you're just calling me a liar without even providing any discussion, therefore youre a little punk.

    •  i thought it'd be fairly evident (6+ / 0-)

from the subthread detailing that there's at worst a 3 month delay, and the disclosure requirements stay in place for political appointees and it looks like most senior staff.  It'll be sufficiently searchable by the anyone who'd actually enforce any insider trading violations.  It's possible to draw the same conclusions from the bill as accurately described that you do, but less likely and harder without seeming like a crank.  Indeed, your reply doesn't exactly contradict my suggestion to chill the fuck out.

        you are misrepresenting the facts.

so, again, there's well-cited facts which contradict the contention that this is only a "three month delay"

either read or fuck off, and don't tell me to chill the fuck out when you're accusing me of being a liar when you're the one engaging in misrepresentations.

the sub-thread was concluded by demonstrating that the oversimplification that one person made was OBVIOUSLY WRONG.

you're really hopeless. just put your fucking fingers in your ear plug into MSNBC; you'll probably be better off.
