    Her dissent uses that as an example of what the case isn't.  There's a lot of "What If" which uses the Majorities pretzel logic to show that if it was true, the case would be a "one-off of one-offs."

    Of course, Scalia Et. Al, like to make statements about "Should Not be taken as a Precedent" when they are being really political...   Absence of said disclaimer, makes me assume...

    Yup... it's a precedent.
