Here's a Bagger I was talking to on Gawker yesterday trying to convince me that Obama should be impeached because....wait for it.....BENGHAZI!

    Post name: NitneLiun

Do you even have any idea what happened in Benghazi? The attack lasted for nearly eight hours. Those in the consulate were in real-time communications with Washington, the Stennis battle group and Africom. The SecDef and CIA had live video feeds from two drones that were overhead, one of which was armed. SecDef also was at the White House briefing Obama within an hour after the attack began. Security personnel within the consulate had laser designators and used them to paint mortar positions that were firing into the consulate. A security team was at the Tripoli airport but were denied permission to go to Benghazi. The Libyan government said that denial was made at the request of the U.S. government. We have an airborne brigade in Italy. The Stennis carrier battle group was in the Med. Sea, with dozens of F-18s and a Marine amphibious assault battalion.

    Obama went to bed.

Sorry, but this isn't tin foil hat stuff. It is stuff that was widely reported. Most of it came out of coverage of Senate meetings with SecDef and former CIA director Petraeus. I didn't even mention that fact that the commanders of AfriCom and the Stennis battle group were relieved of command shortly after Benghazi. I don't suppose you'd care to speculate on the reasons they were fired.
