    but don't eat a lot of it for various reasons.  I've tried vegan, vegetarian, primal, and variations of the standard American diet.  

    I seem to do best on a low-meat version of the primal diet.  Caveman food with lots of green stuff.

    I'm waiting for someone to tell me to worry about sh!t on my broccoli :(

      My body isn't cool with it at all.  What it likes is low GI grains, the vegetables I can tolerate, and some meat, preferably red. But I don't need slabs of meat. A couple ounces cut up in my porridge is fine.

      When you come to find how essential the comfort of a well-kept home is to the bodily strength and good conditions, to a sound mind and spirit, and useful days, you will reverence the good housekeeper as I do above artist or poet, beauty or genius.
