    about this last weekend.

Included my name, email and snail but have heard nothing back.

I regularly used to buy their products, but it's over for me.

Regarding the McDonald's and Union exemptions and the idea that their plans are "grandafthered" w/o the mandated coverage.  I do understand that mid-year changes wouldn't be practical to expect, but I don't think that is what he is alluding to.

He's talking (and suing) about Obamacare in the future.

For instance my current pretty good (though expensive) health plan didn't have all the mandated features of an Obamacare plan, at first. Because I kept the same plan from year to year, some of the things that other people were getting from the ACA didn't apply to me (one was coverage for vaccines, for instance).

But as I understand it, as of next year, all plans must comply, whethered grandfathered or not.  The staggered phase-in regarding additional ACA benefits was only during the transition after the law was signed until 2014.

So my question is: is there any validity to Mr. Potter's  claim that McD or "166 Unions" are exempted after 2014?  And if they truly are exempt, then why would that be?

When I'm at my Co-op (Honest Weight in Albany, NY) I'll be raising this issue.  I know I've put tons of Eden's products out on the shelves over the years.
