    Was that Clinton adopted many Republican policies in order to get compromise budgets passed, including Medicare cuts.

    Republicans are far more socialist than Democrats. Just because they want to redistribute the wealth upwards does not make it any better.

      Surely, it is obvious that one can cite a source for a point without endorsing every statement ever made (or action ever taken) by that source, right?  You do understand the basics of argumentation, no?

        Deadhand said "Ask Bill Clinton" how to get the government running. Clinton did that by conceding many important issues to the Republicans.
