    pfffftttt - just collateral damage. Pay a few claims and continue on! Of course we here in the socialist state of CA which is regulated and taxed and unionized just learned that PG&E has been cutting the budget of nat. gas pipeline replacement for years! That gas line blowout in San Bruno seemed to be just collateral damage to them too!! Says much about the corporatism of our govt no?

    if a habitat is flooded, the improvement for target fishes increases by an infinite percentage...because a habitat suitability index that is even a tiny fraction of 1 is still infinitely higher than zero, which is the suitability of dry land to fishes.

      I wish we had real teeth in OSHA.

      Maybe we need to get Congress down there in person to help clean up after the Boston bombing and this explosion. Let 'em see what their gamesmanship is wreaking on the nation they're supposed to serve.
