    Fifty years ago, anhydrous ammonia was used as a refrigerant in dairies, and you often heard of a dairy blowing up somewhere in the mid-west.  Ammonia is made from Natural Gas and both feedstock and product are highly flammable.  
    I would guess that Rick Perry's pro-business elimination of state regulations will figure prominently in the investigation of this tragedy in Waco.
