    I know I am not spelling it correctly. It is either Czech or Polish. It is two strips of flat dough about 1 inch wide and 8 inches long. They are wrapped around each other about 3 times. Then they are deep fried until crispy. Then they are removed from the hot grease and dusted heavily with powdered sugar. My mother (Slovak) made them only for Easter. For some reason I seem to recall they are Polish. But I am probably wrong. ;-)
