I've been on a rant today with the "discussion" about the West, Texas explosion. Perry's an asshole, our GOP reps are at best jerks and at worst moronic psychopaths, but I'm just frigging tired of being lumped in and jumped on and yelled at and denigrated because I'm a Texan.

18% of the voting public voted. 55% of 18% decided on continuing the course to hell. And I'm sick of being lumped in with that approx 9% Texas idiots that voted these snakes into office.

The Radical GOP in Texas, the TP'ers (who I'd like to flush) - I make a point of pointing out it's that party, and more to the point that faction of the party. I do not rail against all of Miss, or Georgia, or Alabama, or Louisiana (which has its own set of ingrained problems), but the party and the people pushing their bs philosophy.

Constantly seeing bash Texas on the boards, constantly seeing "just get rid of Texas" on the liberal boards - oh yes, that really fires me up. Really raises my spirits and makes me think that my fellow liberals are standing behind me - with those statements I start looking for the icepick in my back as I support liberals across the entire US.

Sorry, today was a bad day, so I'll raise a drink to you nomandates, for saying what so desperately needed to be said (and yelled, and screamed at times).
